This is an entrepreneur. Autumn has watched her business grow from a one-person operation to encompassing all three floors of the building she started in, now with 30 employees. When she started her business, Autumn thought her own experiences would help keep her hiring practices open to difference. But as her business grew, she learned that there are aspects to diversity she never imagined, and she's worked to broaden her view, both when hiring new employees and serving her vast client base.
